The answer is pretty simple.  We are on a mission to change the world of movement with the GOATA methodology.  

We believe that offering these classes for FREE will help get these powerful tools in the hands of more Coaches, more quickly.

There's no "catch", there's just a simple agreement.  We offer this class to you for FREE as long as you are willing to do 3 things:

1. Show Up (so we can guarantee a high-energy experience for everyone)
2. Complete the Course (so we can guarantee an effective educational experience for all)
3. Share your feedback (so we can guarantee the course continues to improve)

We ask that you do everything possible to make all 3 group calls.  However, if something unexpected happens, you are able to miss one class as long as you notify us prior to the call time, and then make up the class by watching the recording.

If you are unable to make the times slots consistently, it is best to wait for a cohort time that better suits your schedule, and save the seat for someone who can attend. 

No prior GOATA experience is necessary, although it is recommended to begin exploring the movement practice right away if you plan to enroll in the Level 1 certification.

During the course, you will be doing a progressive daily GOATA practice that will be explained once the class begins. 

Because this certification includes live group calls, it is important to keep the classes to a size in which we can provide time for individual questions and discussion.

Because of this, classes fill quickly, so keep your eye on your inbox and our Social channels to make sure you don't miss out.  

Upon completion of the GOATA1, students who meet all the requirements will receive an email with an invitation into the GOATA2.
